Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do ship internationally! However, some products are available only in selected markets due to varying tax and environmental regulations. I’m continuously working on expanding to more markets step by step.

If you see a product available while browsing, it means it is currently offered in your market. To ensure the correct location is set, please check the country listed in the top-right corner of the shop. If it’s not correct, update it to see the availability for your region.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the type of product and your location:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: These items are produced by my POD suppliers after you place your order. The system automatically selects the supplier nearest to your location to reduce shipping time.
  • Handmade Products & Artwork: These pieces are personally created by me in Germany. They will be prepared and shipped within 1-2 days directly from Germany to your location.

This ensures that all items, whether POD or handmade, are delivered to you as efficiently as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes for orders?

Yes, I offer gift wrapping and personalized notes for handmade and art items! Here's how it works:

  • During Checkout: Simply leave a note in the dedicated section in your shopping cart with your request.
  • After Placing an Order: If you've already placed your order and decided on gift wrapping later, send me an email. If it's still possible, I’ll gladly prepare the gift packaging for you.

If you have a specific idea in mind for the wrapping or would like to include a personalized card, let me know! I’ll contact you to confirm what’s possible and provide an estimate of how long it will take to prepare your custom request.

For print-on-demand (POD) items, unfortunately, gift wrapping and personalized notes are not available at this time.

What is your return and refund policy?

Is free shipping available?

Yes! Free shipping is available for all orders over 150 EUR worldwide when using the standard shipping option. This applies to the final order total, including any discounts. (For example, if you’ve applied a discount, you’ll need to add additional items to reach the 150 EUR threshold after the discount is applied.)

Can I track my order?

Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and product type:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Items: not always possible, please see shipping information during the checkout
  • Handmade and Art Items: yes! All my hand made items are shipped with a tracking option.

What types of products do you offer?

I offer three main categories of products in my shop:

  1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Items
    These products include backpacks, bags, mugs, magnets, stickers, pillowcases, and more. The designs on these items are created by a combination of my work, other talented designers I collaborate with, and occasionally generated with the help of Artificial Intelligence. Since these are made to order, there is an unlimited supply of items that can be produced and sold.
  2. Handmade Items
    These include hand-bound notebooks, book covers, magnets, pillowcases, and wall decorations, all adorned with machine or hand embroidery. Each item is carefully designed, created, and packaged by me. While I can replicate designs, every handmade piece is unique in its details and craftsmanship.
  3. Art
    Original paintings on various surfaces, such as canvas and wood, are part of this collection. These are one-of-a-kind pieces, each showcasing my personal artistic creation and vision.

Each product category offers something special, whether it's the creativity behind a print-on-demand design, the personal touch of handmade craftsmanship, or the uniqueness of an original painting.

Can I request a custom design or a piece inspired by your current collections?

Yes, I gladly accept custom requests! If you have a specific design in mind or would like a piece inspired by one of my current collections, feel free to reach out. I can work with you to create something unique that fits your vision.

Are your handmade items customizable?

Not always. If a product is listed in the shop, it is typically a finished piece. However, you can always contact me to discuss possible personalization options or the creation of a new piece specifically for you. I’d be happy to explore your ideas and work with you to bring them to life!

Are your Print-on-Demand iteems customizable?

Yes, personalization is almost always possible for print-on-demand items! Please contact me to discuss the details, and I’ll be happy to help you create a custom design or personalize the product to your liking.

How do I care for my handmade or embroidered product to ensure it lasts?

You can find detailed care instructions for each product in the description section on the shop page. Here are some general guidelines:

  • For Handmade Items with Paper Parts: These items should not be washed, as paper can be damaged by moisture.
  • For Fabric and Thread-Based Products (e.g., book covers, pillowcases): If washing is necessary, I recommend a gentle hand wash or machine wash on the lowest temperature setting. Always avoid high temperatures to protect the integrity of the materials.
  • For Embroidered Items: To maintain the quality of the embroidery, always lay flat to dry and never tumble dry—it can damage the stitching!

Taking care of your handmade and embroidered items will ensure they remain beautiful and durable for years to come.

What materials do you use for your embroidered book covers, quilted items, and other handmade products?

The materials I use vary greatly depending on the item. For specific details, please refer to the materials section in the product description on the shop page, where you can find information tailored to each item.

This ensures you know exactly what goes into each product and can care for them accordingly.
