Eligibility for Returns

- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned when possible in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item is damaged during transit, please take clear photographs of the package and the item immediately upon delivery. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
How to Return Your Item

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. If your return is due to a quality issue, please provide clear photographs of the problem to help us address your concern promptly.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a return label once your return is approved. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
